"Science and Prejudice: A Social History of
Epilepsy in Brazilian Early Medical Writings (1859-1906)".


The research project is being conducted in the History Department of PUC-Rio by a research team coordinated by Professor Margarida de Souza Neves, with support from the National Council for Scientific and Technological Development (CNPq) and the Carlos Chagas Filho Research Foundation of the State of Rio de Janeiro (FAPERJ).
